I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were light, airy, clean, and spacious, but they were not as expected based on the photos. The service was exceptional, especially from Joan at the front desk. The location was convenient, near many attractions, although the overall facilities and amenities were average.

I loved staying at this hotel! The optional breakfast buffet every morning was a great perk, and I appreciated that it stayed open late for those who like to sleep in. The rooms were basic but clean, comfy, and surprisingly spacious, even though the hotel was fully booked. However, there were some noise issues and roaches that made the experience less than ideal.

The location was fantastic! Right on International Drive, making it easy to walk to various restaurants and souvenir shops. It was also close to Universal parks, perfect for exploration.
